    Tasting Notes: 

    Appearance: Deep ruby-red with a hint of garnet.

    Nose: Prominent notes of blackberries and ripe cherries, accompanied by undertones of tobacco, cedar, and a touch of eucalyptus.

    Palate: Rich and full-bodied, showcasing flavors of dark fruit like blackcurrant and plum, harmoniously blending with hints of dark chocolate, coffee, and subtle spices. 

    Finish: Long and elegant, with a touch of vanilla and toasted oak.

     

    Production Notes: Grapes were hand-harvested at optimal ripeness and underwent a traditional fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine was aged in French oak barrels, 55% of which were new, for 28 months to enhance its complexity and structure.

     

    Food Pairings: Best paired with grilled steaks, lamb chops, hard cheeses like aged cheddar, and dark chocolate desserts.
